The elegant Bordeaux lanterns are based upon a late 19th century French wall lantern. This lamp will not rot or rust in any period of time. It is suitable for exterior use rated at IP23. This light fitting is individually hand-crafted, assembled and finished. In view of this, slight differences in colour and detail may occur between fittings. It will also age and mellow with time and in particular if you are purchasing several fittings over a length of time you should expect different patinas on older and newer fittings. The assembly is commonly hand-soldered and there may be an amount of solder visible in the joints. This adds to the beauty, character and individuality of each product.
