The Windsor range is a very distinctive collection of lighting comprising classic design and fine detail. The Windsor Wall Lamp is a hexagonal light made up of six individual panes of glass. The front panel is hinged to provide easy access to the bulb. The lamp is mounted on an oval back plate, and there is fret work detail to the top of the lamp. It is constructed from solid brass which will never rot or rust. The Renovated finish is perfect for making an item look like an original piece, it will mellow further with age and can be easily cleaned with a soft damp cloth. In view of this, slight differences in colour and detail may occur between fittings. It will also age and mellow with time and in particular if you are purchasing several fittings over a length of time you should expect different patinas on older and newer fittings. The assembly is commonly hand-soldered and there may be an amount of solder visible in the joints.
