Chelsea Flush Outdoor Wall Light Lantern Renovated Brass

With a delicate hinged door and finial crown top, the angular design of the Chelsea creates a formal statement with charm. Shown here in flush fitting Passage style. The body is constructed of solid copper and the detail is in brass, as of the originals circa 1780 to 1820. It will not rot or rust and is suitable for exteriod use, being rated at IP23. This light fitting is individually hand-crafted, assembled and finished. In view of this, slight differences in colour and detail may occur between fittings. It will also age and mellow with time and in particular if you are purchasing several fittings over a length of time you should expect different patinas on older and newer fittings. The assembly is commonly hand-soldered and there may be an amount of solder visible in the joints.
