Large Chelsea Pendant with 3 light cluster. The Chelsea range of lanterns are classically Georgian in style and give elegance to any period hall or porch. This is the larger size of the Chelsea Pendant, with triple lamp-holders. The bevelled glass adds to the quality look and the body is constructed of solid copper with the detail in brass, as of the originals circa 1780 to 1820. It will not rot or rust and is suitable for sheltered external use or internal. This light fitting is individually hand-crafted, assembled and finished. In view of this, slight differences in colour and detail may occur between fittings. It will also age and mellow with time and in particular if you are purchasing several fittings over a length of time you should expect different patinas on older and newer fittings. The assembly is commonly hand-soldered and there may be an amount of solder visible in the joints.
